Are you a Civil Society Organization or a local group with a legal form that is active around Migration and Sustainable Development Goals? ActionAid as part of the “Faces of Migration” program can support your action!
The aim of the gradual grant program is to raise awareness about Sustainable Development Goals and their links to local and / or national migration and to ensure the participation of the local population and / or the general public and authorities.
Thematic Priorities
The subsidized actions must be in line with the objectives and priorities of this program to raise awareness of sustainable development, SBAs and their connection to immigration and in particular, with actions related to:
- quality education and the role of young people (SBA 4),
- gender equality (SBA 5),
- sustainable cities and communities (SBA 11),
- Reducing inequalities through actions that promote integration (SBA 10) should be integrated horizontally into each proposal.
Selected Activities
- Public events and activities,
- Educational events / training events,
- Group discussions / in panels,
- Educational activities (schools, universities, etc.),
- Dialogues that include and exchange of views with policy makers,
- Actions on the road,
- Laboratories,
- Creative and cultural activities,
- Youth activities,
- Digital campaigns.
Funding Information
In the present call for proposals, 4 grants of a maximum of 10,000 euros each (Lot 1) and 4 grants of a maximum of 5,000 euros each (Lot 2) will be awarded.
Duration
The implementation period of the step-by-step grant actions starts from on the day of signing the contracts and must be completed by 31 at the latest June 2021. The final implementation reports must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the end of the selected projects.
Location
The actions must take place at local and / or national level in Hellas.
Eligibility Criteria
- Local organizations of civil society, with a field of action at the local level
- National Civil Society Organizations active in local and national level
- To be eligible for the grants, applicants must:
- To be legal entities and / or registered entities (to have been established before it 1/1/2019).
- To be non-profit
- To be based in Greece
Note: The applicant may only submit one proposal to the same submission invitation proposals at national level
