The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate the impact of INL projects and interventions to address levels of corruption in the Western Hemisphere (WHP).

The general public of the United States and of the respective countries where programming is deployed

Priority Region/Countries: Region-wide. However, given the scope and objectives of the project, INL/WHP will consider and welcome input from applicants to focus on either one country or subset of countries that are experiencing similar forms of corruption or focused on combatting financial crimes. At this time, Antigua and Barbuda, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Venezuela are ineligible for assistance under this award.
