The Climate & Clean Air Coalition (CCAC) is inviting proposals for Raising awareness on black carbon and co-pollutant emissions.
The aim of this project is to support the Central African Republic’s Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development in building awareness across the government and the country on the need for action on short-lived climate pollutants (SLCPs).

Estimated project cost: US$ 40,000 – 50,000
Outcomes
Through the proposed outputs and activities, the project should achieve the following by its completion:
- Central African Republic’s government has increased knowledge and capacity for SLCP action.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for consideration, project proposals must meet the following requirements:
- The application form is complete and submitted before the deadline
- All applicants are registered as a nonprofit organisation, non-governmental organization (NGO), or intergovernmental organization (IGO) and able to prove their status
- All minimum required outputs are included in project plan
- The amount of funding requested falls within the indicated budget range
- Spending caps on ‘incidental procurement’ expenses are respected (see guidance document above)
- The project duration is less than 24 months
