Grants to support Organizations in the Middle East Working on Conflict, Climate Change and Environment

Applications Open for Impact Fund in the US

Deadline: 29-Oct-21

The Robert Bosch Stiftung and its partners Orient Matters and the Arab Reform Initiative are calling for innovative project ideas addressing the nexus of conflict, climate change and environmental governance on a local, national, or regional level in the Middle East.

The Robert Bosch Stiftung is looking for projects in the field of climate change, environmental governance and conflict. Projects could cover issues around food security or the sustainable use of resources such as water but are not limited to such. You are invited to use your creativity to design relevant projects that are locally-led and suitable for your own community. It is, however, important that projects either contribute to the solution, transformation or prevention of societal conflicts.
The aim is to connect organizations that work on the nexus between conflict, climate and environment using a locally-led approach. You and your organization will benefit from an exchange with other organizations, discussing together your lessons learned and sharing your knowledge and experiences. Additionally, they will offer training sessions that are geared towards your needs and designed once all organizations are selected.
