Grants to Support Small Community-based Development Projects in Mali

SEARCA launches Travel Grants Program

Deadline: 22 July 2019

The U.S. Embassy in Bamako, Mali has announced an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out projects through the Ambassador’s Special Self-Help (SSH) Small Grants Program.

The Ambassador’s Special Self-Help (SSH) Program is a grass-roots grant assistance program that allows U.S. embassies to support local requests for small community-based development projects. The purpose of the SSH Program is to support communities through modest grants that will positively impact local communities. Equally important, the SSH Program is structured to encourage communities to be self-reliant and undertake similar community development activities on their own in the future.
