Grants to Improve the Response of HIV & TB through Prevention & Treatment

The Topeka Community Foundation has launched the Healthy Lifestyles grants to provide funding for programs/projects that directly and positively change health habits, behaviors and/or lifestyles for residents in Nemaha, Riley, Pottawatomie, Jackson, Jefferson, Douglas, Wabaunsee, Osage and Lyon Counties.

Funding Information
Grant awards are expected to be $10,000 or less. Requests exceeding that amount will be considered on a limited basis only, based on demonstrated need and the availability of funding.
Requirements
Awards will be determined by the quality and strength of the case presented for the proposed need via the supporting proposal narrative and by the appropriateness of the Topeka Community Foundation as the source of funding.
