HHF’s Community Health Grants Program – US

The Humboldt Health Foundation is accepting applications for its Community Health Grants Program to improve the health and well-being of the residents and communities of Humboldt County.

They recognize that Black, Indigenous, and People of Color are disproportionately affected by the pandemic and that racism is a critical public health issue impacting their region. Therefore, HHF will prioritize funding for organizations and groups that support the health and wellbeing of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.

HHF makes grants for general operating support, programs, services, advocacy, organizing, civic engagement, capital campaigns, capital improvement projects, and racial equity training and consulting.

Funding Information

The average Community Health Grant is $5,000-8,000. The maximum amount HHF will fund is $10,000.
