The United States Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), is seeking applications from qualified Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Educational Institutions and other qualified organizations for a Cooperative to implement a program entitled “Operationalizing MOJ Regional Legal Centers in Guinea.”

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) advises the President, Secretary of State, other bureaus in the Department of State, and other departments and agencies within the U.S. Government on the development of policies and programs to strengthen the ability of criminal justice institutions to combat transnational organized crime. INL is operationalizing this policy goal in Guinea.
