International Labour Organization (ILO) is seeking proposals for a project entitled “Support to Local Employment Partnerships in Bosnia and Herzegovina” funded by the European Union.  The Call is open for all municipalities and cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), which can apply in partnership with public employment services, accredited educational institutions, enterprises, civil society organisations including local and regional development agencies, trade unions, chambers of commerce etc.

The project is part of a broader EU support to local development and employment in BiH. The project is implemented by ILO in order to support self-sustaining, partner-led activities in the framework of the labor market at the local level, in order to increase access to formal employment, particularly in areas affected by floods in 2014.

Proposals should be focused on creating jobs and supporting local development through the institutionalization of collaboration among key local stakeholders.
