IOM Call for Proposals: Understanding and Managing Internal Migration Project for Mongolian NGOs

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is currently implementing a project entitled “Understanding and Managing Internal Migration in Mongolia”, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. The aim of the project is to improve the socio-economic well-being of internal migrants in Mongolia through evidence-based, migration inclusive policies and concrete interventions on the ground.

A component of this project is to conduct a research study to assess the migration/registration restriction to Ulaanbaatar (in force since January 2017) with a view to evaluate its effectiveness and impact, including on urban migrants.
