The United Nations Development Program invites non-governmental organizations (NGOs) operating in the Kyrgyz Republic to take part in the competition for the implementation of small grant projects.

This Request for Grant Proposals for the implementation of small grant projects was announced within the framework of the UNDP / GEF project “Conservation of globally significant biodiversity and associated land and forest resources of the Western Tien Shan to support sustainable livelihoods” (hereinafter – the Project), funded by the Global Environmental Fund.

All NGOs with proven experience in the above target communities (Cholpon-Ata, Kyzyl-Ozgorush of Toktogul rayon, Kok-Irim and Atai of Toguz-Toro rayon) have the right to submit applications for implementation of low-value grant projects. Local NGOs (registered in pilot communities and rays), NGOs with branches or having partners in pilot communities will have advantage in the following directions:
