The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S. Department of State has announced an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to develop and produce at least one but up to four educational videos on the identification and mitigation of explicit and implicit bias within the criminal justice system.

Goal: The goal of this project is to create videos and facilitated discussion guides for foreign criminal justice practitioners to recognize how implicit and explicit bias and discrimination occurs throughout the criminal justice system as well as understand what steps they can take to address, mitigate and counter their own and others’ activities that contribute to these unjust practices.
