Muslim Charity launches Request for Partnership Grants (RFPG) in Pakistan

Muslim Charity has currently launched its new round of Request for Partnership Grants (RFPG) for its Safe Water Programme in Pakistan.

The purpose of this Request for Partnership Grant (RFPG) is to invite proposals from reputable civil society and humanitarian organisations for the implementation of the Safe Water Programme by installing Water Hand Pumps and Water Wells in Pakistan.

The proposal should clearly elaborate the strategy for construction and installation through the participatory approach, hygiene awareness promotion in the proposed areas.

Funding Limitation

Muslim Charity does not impose any limitation on numbers proposed by an NGO for implementation. However, finalisation of decision on total number of WHPs and WWs allocation will depend on the capacity of the NGO as well as its proposed target areas which will be negotiable.

Eligibility Criteria

Muslim Charity has opted to identify high performing NGOs who have the proven capacity of continuing their welfare and development interventions even in situations of resource constraints. Muslim Charity in Pakistan will emphasise on long term partnerships with the NGOs who will perform best in this initiative. The NGOs must fall in the following criteria:

Project Selection Criteria

Only those projects will be selected for implementation that would be complete in all respects and highly presentable in their documentation and quality. Furthermore, they would be innovative in the adoption of an implementation strategy and approaches and would have capacity to work with government departments.
