The U.S. Department of Agriculture – Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), North Carolina State Office is pleased to announce the Outreach Funding for Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 – NORTH CAROLINA to promote public awareness of Farm Bill activities throughout North Carolina.

The purpose of this announcement is to seek potential agreements with entities whose mission is natural resource conservation to promote public awareness of Farm Bill activities including, but not limited to, conducting conservation outreach workshops, conferences, and training, that will help educate North Carolina’s farm community, private landowners, conservation organizations, cooperating agencies, and general citizenry.

The majority of outreach should be targeted to areas of the state that contain wetland geography and soils. Deliverables will include:
