The U.S. department of State, Bureau of Population Refugees and Migration (PRM) is seeking applications for NGO Programs Benefiting Refugees in Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda.

Proposed activities should primarily support refugees populations in Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda. Because of PRM’s mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those programs that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees.
