NICHE call for Innovative Initiatives: Addressing Capacity Needs of Education and Training Providers

The Netherlands Initiative for Capacity development in Higher Education (NICHE), a Netherlands-funded development cooperation programme, invites innovative initiatives with an aim to strengthen post-secondary education and training capacity, and to address capacity needs of education and training providers in one or more of the eligible countries.

The instrument will enable local and Dutch stakeholders to address specific local needs and challenges in post-secondary education and training, and to jointly work on innovative solutions.

The Call for Innovative Initiatives is an open competition. A (joint) proposal is to be submitted by a consortium of partners from one or more eligible countries and the Netherlands.

  3. Security and Rule of Law
  4. Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights

Available funding

The minimum budget is € 50,000, the maximum budget is € 200,000.

Eligibility Criteria

The consortium of partners from one or more eligible countries and the Netherlands are eligible to apply.

Applicants are required to submit their applications through the online process.

Eligible Countries: Bangladesh, Benin, Ethiopia, Ghana, Indonesia, Kenya, Mozambique, Netherlands and Uganda.
