OAC’s Arts Response Initiative: Project Grants for Partnerships (Canada)

Call for strengthening SLCP planning and implementation while increasing capacity for Methane Mitigation (Benin)

Deadline: 3-Nov-20

The Ontario Arts Council (OAC) is encouraging for its Arts Response Initiative: Project Grants for Organizational Partnerships to support Ontario-based professional arts organizations to continue to work and participate in the arts community in the context of COVID-19.

It encourages exploration, adaptation, and the development of new ways of working that will help to increase the resilience of Ontario’s arts sector. Projects must be in response to the challenges resulting from the pandemic.

This can include activities that assist artists and arts organizations in the short, medium and long term. The program is focused on projects that benefit a large number of artists and/or arts organizations other than the applicant, and particularly those from OAC priority groups. A project partner or partner(s) are required.

This program is funded by the Chalmers Family Fund, established at OAC in 1979 with donations by Floyd. S. Chalmers, Jean A. Chalmers and M. Joan Chalmers.
