The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) is seeking applications for its Antiterrorism and Emergency Assistance Program (AEAP) for Crime Victim Compensation and/or Assistance to improve services and assistance by providing supplemental funding to assist victims of criminal mass violence and domestic terrorism.

While the overall goal of AEAP is to support criminal mass violence and terrorism victims, individual grant goals, objectives, and deliverables will vary by incident as each event is unique and resources may differ in each jurisdiction. Support for victims under AEAP is accomplished by providing supplemental crime victim assistance and compensation to support these victims, including first responders who are adversely impacted by these events.
