The Crisis fund of the Carpathian Foundation is now open for application to responds to crisis situations in the region of eastern Slovakia.

Focus of Support

The goal of the appeal of the Crisis Fund of the Carpathian Foundation is to support non governmental non-profit organizations and schools operating in eastern Slovakia in providing assistance to people from Ukraine who are fleeing the war conflict. Provided the aid must have the character of humanitarian or integration aid, i.e. a response to a state of emergency caused by an extraordinary event, or it can significantly support the integration of refugees into Slovakian society, in particular in the form of:

The activities supported by this grant must be implemented in the territory of eastern Slovakia and the aid must be directed exclusively to people who fled to Slovakia before the war in Ukraine.

The grant may not increase the funds drawn from other projects supported by the programs of the Carpathian Foundation (the support of the project in this call may not increase the budget of another project whose implementation is still ongoing and which was/is supported by the Carpathian Foundation in another grant program).
