The Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation of Spain has launched the European project GREENinMED.

This project is co-financed by the European ENI CBC MED program and aims to help Mediterranean SMEs operating in the tourism industry to be more competitive by applying innovative solutions that increase efficiency in water and energy management. The objective is to improve eco-innovation ecosystems in water and energy, through financial support in the form of subsidies to generate new products/services by start-ups and innovative Mediterranean companies.

The GREENinMED project is promoted by a consortium of 5 entities from Spain, France and Israel: Capenergies (France); ISWA, Arava Institute and Kinnneret College (Israel) and Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry Services and Navigation of Spain (Chamber of Spain), and the support mechanisms offered by GREENinMED are the following:

Note: In this sense, this public call for financial aid is published for innovative SMEs, start-ups or spin-offs located in the Mediterranean regions, for the development of new innovative products or services, or adapted to the needs of the tourism industry. , that favor efficiency in the management of water and energy by this sector (hotels, campsites, yacht clubs, water parks, other establishments linked to tourism, etc.)
