Open Call for “Socio-Economic Inclusive Initiative” Project (Bosnia and Herzegovina)

Call for Applications: Identification of Country Partners in Angola, Equatorial Guinea and São Tomé and Príncipe

Deadline: 22-Apr-2024

The CARE International and the partner institution Development and Guarantee Fund of the Brčko District (RGFBD) invite non-governmental organizations registered in the Brčko District of BiH, involved in work with socio-economically endangered and vulnerable categories of citizens, to apply for participation in the “Socio-Economic Inclusive Initiative” Project.

The project “Socio-Economic Inclusive Initiative”, which is implemented by CARE with the project partner RGFBD and financially supported by the Czech Development Agency and CARE Czech Republic, will contribute to the socio-economic integration of endangered and vulnerable categories of citizens of Brčko District (BD), especially the population of weaker social and economic status, who mostly suffer from long-term unemployment. The project concentrates its efforts on BD and invests in increasing the socio-economic inclusion of marginalized groups. This is also reflected in the goal of the Project, which is to increase social inclusion and create sustainable employment opportunities for citizens in BD with a special focus on threatened and vulnerable groups, through raising the capacity for employment, supporting entrepreneurial activities and enabling a favorable environment for more inclusive economic development.
