Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board has grants available to help revitalise and increase economic activity in its local town centres.
Local initiatives, events and activations encourage and contribute towards building thriving town centres.
Priorities
They welcome grant applications that align to the following priorities:
- promoting economic development in the town centres and strengthening their roles as community hubs
- celebrating the heritage and cultural diversity of their communities
- building capacity and empowerment in the community.
Funding Information
The grants they award are likely to be between $10,000 – $50,000 per successful applicant.

Outcomes
Their EOI process will support the following outcomes:
- revitalising town centres
- a healthy natural environment
- empowered, inclusive and prosperous communities.
