Eligibility Criteria
- Oxfam in Lebanon and UTOPIA invites:
- If you are a crisis-affected semi-formal or Informal community group actively operating in Tripoli. El Koura, or El Minieh-Dennleh districts?
- If you have an idea for an Initiative for humanitarian response that can contribute to the wider community and be implemented successfully in 5 months?
