The Centers for Disease Control – CGH has launched a call for proposals for the grant program to support Sustainable Implementation of Comprehensive HIV Prevention and Treatment Programs in Faith Based Organization Facilities in the Republic of Kenya under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).

The purpose of this NOFO is to continue acceleration of sustainable, high-quality comprehensive HIV prevention, care and treatment services, to achieve the 95-95-95 targets and HIV epidemic control, and transition to a sustainable service delivery model for the FBO facilities.

This NOFO supports comprehensive, quality HIV prevention and treatment programs in faith based organization (FBOs) facilities in Nairobi, Kiambu, Nyandarua, Meru, Kitui, Tharaka Nthi, Machakos, Kilifi, Nyeri, Kirinyaga, Laikipia, Makueni, Nakuru, Muranga, Embu, Mombasa, Kwale, Kajiado, Homabay, Siaya Migori, Bungoma, Kisii, Kisumu, Kakamega, Vihiga, and Busia Counties in Kenya.
