The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), an agency of Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking applications from eligible organisations for a program entitled “Provision of Comprehensive Community Based Care and Support for People Living with HIV (PLHIV) in the United Republic of Tanzania under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)”.

The program’s aim is to collaborate with facility and/or prevention IPs and MOH to increase detection of PLHIV and linkages to ART services in PEPFAR scale- up councils and achieve sustained virologic suppression to reach epidemic control in all of CDC PEPFAR supported councils.
