Polish Embassy in Belgrade is seeking applications for its Small Grants 2017 program which is financed from the budget of the Polish.
Projects under the “Small Grants” should contribute to improving conditions for the development and strengthening of the potential of a particular community. The project should clearly show what impact the user’s needs (beneficijente), and to be fully implemented (including monitoring and representatives of the Polish Embassy in Serbia) until 31 December 2017.
Thematic Priorities
Human capital:
- Improving the quality of health care;
- Inclusive education and access to higher education;
- Civic Education;
- Social integration of persons belonging to vulnerable groups;
Entrepreneurship and the private sector:
- Competitiveness and innovation of micro and small enterprises;
- Social entrepreneurship;
- Entrepreneurship, with a focus on women’s entrepreneurship and youth entrepreneurship;
- Training and professional development;
Sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas:
- Safety of food products;
- Strengthening the capacity and competitiveness of agricultural production;
- Market access;
- Use of modern technologies in agriculture;
- Modernization of local infrastructure;
Protection of the environment:
- Renewable energy sources;
- Energy efficiency;
- Water resources management;
- Waste management;
- Prevention of natural disasters and man-made disasters;
- Promotion of sustainable development;
- Combating climate change and their consequences;
- Protection of natural resources;
Funding Information
RP Embassy in Belgrade will be in a “small grants” in 2017 implemented projects with a total value of 25 000 EUR in the four thematic priority field of development cooperation mentioned in the “Multi-Annual Programme for Development Cooperation 2016-2020”:
Eligibility Criteria
For financing projects can apply:
- Non-governmental organizations;
- Institutions of public importance;
- Administration at central and local levels;
- Catholic religious missions and local centers of other religions, as well as religious-motivated organizations
