Prevent Cancer Foundation seeking Applications for 2020 Community Grants – United States

The Prevent Cancer Foundation is inviting applications for its Community Grants 2020 to provide the resources needed to fund vital community-level activities in cancer prevention (including education or vaccination) or screening.

The proposed projects must be aligned with their mission to support community projects or programs across the United States that focus on helping to prevent cancer or find it earlier and that demonstrate a potential to make a positive impact, especially in underserved communities.

Funding Objectives

Projects that meet the following criteria will be considered:

Grant Information

They will provide $25,000 one-year grants for organizations that will develop new or implement existing community projects/programs in cancer prevention and early detection in rural or urban areas.

2020 Focus

The Foundation invites applications focused on cancer screening and early detection of guidelines mandated screenings as well as education projects focused on these screenings. Additionally, they invite vaccination applications focused on preventing liver cancer or HPV-related cancers. All applications must focus on underserved communities.
