The Administration for Community Living (ACL), Administration on Disabilities (AOD), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), announces the availability of Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 funds for a cooperative agreement authorized and Bill of Rights Act of 2000, Projects of National Significance (PNS) to develop a Community of Practice (CoP) designed to build capacity across and within states’ aging and disability networks that will focus on creating culturally competent systems to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) and their families to improve planning to address their individual needs, goals, and preferences across the lifespan.

The purpose of this funding opportunity is to strengthen the collaboration between aging and disability networks to better support individuals with ID/DD and their families as they plan for their future across the lifespan.
