The Pfizer is launching a call for proposals for projects to improve the vaccination environment to promote vaccination against respiratory infections (COVID-19, pneumococcal infection, RSV infection, etc.) in the elderly.
The aim of this project is to create an environment in which elderly people can receive vaccinations smoothly and reliably when they wish to do so.

Funding Information
- Maximum amount per project: 7,500,000 yen.
- Duration: Project implementation period: 2 years (January 1, 2026 – December 2027)
Eligibility Criteria
- You must belong to one of the following facilities or organizations and apply as part of that facility or organization. Applications cannot be made as individuals:
- Universities, university hospitals, regional core hospitals, and other medical educational institutions
- Medical academic societies and research groups, etc.
- Medical foundations, NPOs, etc. (corporations engaged in activities related to disease areas, patient groups, patient support groups, etc.)
- Medical Associations, Pharmaceutical Associations, Dental Associations
- Local Governments
- In the case of projects involving collaboration with other facilities/organizations, all facilities/organizations have a meaningful role to play and should be the requesting facility or organization will play the most important role.
