The Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Serbia in accordance with the Law on Youth (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 50/11), Rulebook on Financing and Co-financing of Programs and Projects of Public Interest in the Youth Sector (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 30/18) and the Execution Plan of the Ministry of Youth and Sports for 2021, has announced Public competition for financing and co-financing of programs and projects in the fields of the youth sector approved by the European Commission through the Erasmus + EU program and cross-border cooperation programs.
The right to participate in the competition have youth associations, youth associations and their associations that are registered in the territory of the Republic of Serbia; which are entered in the Unified Register of Youth Associations, Youth Associations, and their Associations, in accordance with the Rulebook on the Content and Manner of Keeping Unified Records of Youth Associations, Youth Associations and Their Associations (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 1/12), which led by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Objectives
- Improving international and regional cooperation in the field of youth and empowerment young people for greater participation in society and the international community by co-financing projects approved by the European Commission through the European Erasmus + program unions and cross-border cooperation programs (INTERREG programs);
- Training/info sessions for youth associations, youth associations and their federations, youth offices, and sports organizations to prepare projects for application with international and European funds.
Funding Information
- Funds for programs and projects under this competition in the amount of up to 3,800,000.00 dinars.
Eligibility Criteria
- Ministry of Youth and Sports, function 810 – Recreation and sports services, appropriation 481 – grants to non-governmental organizations, within the Program 1302 – Youth Policy, Program Activities 0007 – International Cooperation in areas of youth and sports, and the schedule and use of funds are determined by the Plan execution of the Ministry of Youth and Sports for 2021.
