The Rice Family Foundation supports eligible, local area nonprofit organizations who dedicate their time, efforts, and resources to foster a better community. This is made possible based on philanthropic commitments from the Rice and Lissette families, third and fourth-generation members of the Utz family legacy.
The Rice Family Foundation was established to provide leadership and support for the improvement and transformation of education, health, and the well-being of families located in the communities of Hanover, Pennsylvania.
The Foundation was founded in 2017 by Mike & Jane Rice. The Rice Family Foundation will support eligible local organizations in Hanover communities who dedicate their time, efforts and resources to foster a better community with grant funds. Grant funds are supported by commitments from the Rice family.
Eligibility Criteria
- The Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, provides financial grants directly to eligible organizations.
- The Rice Family Foundation supports eligible, local area nonprofit organizations who dedicate their time, efforts, and resources to foster a better community.
