Rick Hansen Foundation: Seeking Applications for Access4All Barrier Buster Grants

The Rick Hansen Foundation is seeking applications for its latest granting program “Access4All Barrier Buster Grants” under the Access4All Canada150 Signature Initiative, which invites any school, municipality or community group that is a registered Canadian charitable organization and who shares a vision of a more accessible and inclusive Canada.

These Barrier Buster projects will help remove physical barriers in schools and communities spaces and create awareness about accessibility all across Canada.

With funding support from the Government of Canada, the Rick Hansen Foundation will grant $1.7 million dollars to schools and community groups to help Canadians complete infrastructure improvement projects and awareness building events in their communities.

Funding Information

Request no more than the maximum grant amount of up to $30,000 (Infrastructure Improvement – up to $20,000; Awareness Event – up to $10,000)
