SEARO/TDR: Joint Small Grants Scheme for Implementation Research in Infectious Diseases of Poverty

The World Health Organization Regional Office for South-East Asia (SEARO), in collaboration with the Special Programme for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases (TDR) is currently inviting applications for its Joint Small Grants Scheme for Implementation Research in Infectious Diseases of Poverty with an aim to focus on the challenges facing disease control programmes in the South-East Asian region.

Priorities

All proposals should address key public health challenges related to such infectious diseases of poverty as tuberculosis, malaria and neglected tropical diseases and other emerging infectious diseases and include approaches such as:

Eligible Countries: Bangladesh, Bhutan, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, India, Indonesia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste.
