The Northern New York (NY) Community Foundation is offering Shaw Harbor Foundation Grant to support and enhance the community.
Each fall, tri-county nonprofit organizations will have an opportunity to seek grant support from the Shaw Harbor Foundation through an application process the Northern New York Community Foundation will facilitate. Grants will support investments in quality of life and endeavors that strive to make life better for all.
Focus areas
- Arts and culture activities, historical activities / projects, LGBTQ services / programs, general quality of life activities / projects.
Funding Information
- Up to a total of $ 15,000 is available to support programs.
Communities served
- Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties with special consideration given to Jefferson County towns of Adams, Ellisburg, Henderson, Lorraine, Rodman, Worth, and Hounsfield.
Eligibility Criteria
501 (c) (3) charitable organizations may apply in support of one or more of the following focus areas:
- Arts and culture activities
- Historical activities / projects
- LGBTQ services / programs
- Quality of life activities / projects.
