United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has announced a call for proposals from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), including NGOs for small grants to provide legal aid including legal representation, legal awareness and legal advice and psychosocial support to vulnerable groups including women, girls, SGBV survivors, elderly and returnees.

UNDP South Sudan’s Access to Justice, Security and Human Rights strengthening program supported by United Nations Multi-Partner Trust Fund is aiming at facilitating stabilization in Jonglei State and Greater Pibor Administrative Area through restoration of state authority and reduce the persistent high levels of violence and its impact. The project seeks to close the gaps in the justice chain and expand the capacity of justice actors by strengthening the capacity and presence of formal and community driven informal mechanisms that can provide quick and peaceful dispute resolution for communal problems.

The main objective of the grant is to identify three civil society organizations (CSOs), national non-governmental organizations (NNGOs) or community-based organizations (CBOs) with operational presence and capacities in the locations mentioned to provide:
