Tanzania Forest Fund announces 2020 Small Grant Program

Small Grants ($15,000 and $40,000) for Forest and Farm Producer Organizations in Liberia

Tanzania Forest Fund (abbreviated as ‘TaFF’) is seeking proposals for its Small Grant program to provide long term, reliable and sustainable financial support for enhancing conservation and management of forest resources in mainland Tanzania.

The TaFF is Public Conservation Trust Fund established under sections 79 to 83 of the Forest Act Cap. 323. The Fund was made operational in July 2010 through Treasury Circular No. 4 of 2009 and embarked in full implementation of its functions in July 2011. The Fund is under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism and is governed by a Board of Trustees.
