U.S. Department of State, Bureau of INL: Eastern Caribbean Organized Crime Investigation Program

The United States Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, is seeking applications from qualified Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Educational Institutions and other non profit qualified organizations for a Cooperative Agreement to implement a program entitled “Eastern Caribbean Organized Crime Investigation Program”.

The overarching goals of this project are to deter drug trafficking and related transnational crime through the Eastern Caribbean and reduce the associated threats to citizen security in the Caribbean and the United States. In order to advance these goals, INL Bridgetown seeks to provide training and technical assistance to empower the RSS and its member countries to investigate and prosecute illicit maritime trafficking in the Eastern Caribbean.
