U.S. Department of State, Bureau of INL: Statistical Monitoring of Costa Rican Criminal, Security, and Justice Sector Context

The United States Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) is seeking applications from qualified U.S. or overseas-based Nonprofit/non-governmental organizations (NGOs) having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS and U.S. or overseas private/state institutions of higher education for a Cooperative Agreement to implement a program entitled “Statistical monitoring of Costa Rican criminal, security, and justice sector context.”

This project seeks to increase the availability and reliability of real-time data on key indicators of citizen security and judicial efficacy, to facilitate the execution of ongoing projects, strategic planning, and monitoring and evaluation of Government of Costa Rica and INL cooperation efforts.
