The United States Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, is seeking applications from qualified Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), Educational Institutions and other qualified organizations for a Grant/Cooperative to implement a program entitled “Strengthening Rule of Law through Legal Aid Clinics in the Philippines.”

The project aims to strengthen and promote the rule of law in the Philippines through establishing a national network of legal clinics and enhance clinical legal education programs to increase access to free legal services.
