The Department of State Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs, Assistance Coordination (NEA/AC) is inviting applicants to submit proposals that will foster and support entrepreneurs in the Middle East and North Africa, advancing regional stability and prosperity.

The aim of this program is to assist new entrepreneurs seeking to expand and grow their businesses and activities. Proposals must demonstrate knowledge of the target country economy and entrepreneurial ecosystem, and propose project activities with the goal of moving seed stage entrepreneurs to the intermediate and expansion stage.

Eligible Countries: United States, Algeria, Bahrain, Djibouti, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, West Bank and Gaza, and Yemen.
