The United States Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, is seeking applications from qualified Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Educational Institutions and other qualified organizations for a Grant/Cooperative to implement a program entitled “Programs to Support Legal Socialization Reform in Armenia.”

INL is currently seeking an organization with the requisite capability and experience to support Armenian communities in preventing juvenile delinquency through social justice activities for Armenian youth in coordination with the Armenian law enforcement, and bringing about a fundamental shift of thinking within the police, courts, correction facilities, and community towards restorative justice elements.

INL is currently seeking a recipient to provide prioritized attention to as many of the following key objectives as possible. Note that special consideration will be given to creative non-traditional program methods, which demonstrate results-oriented activities and strong program evaluation mechanisms.
