The U.S. Embassy in N’Djamena has launched a call for proposals for funding of programs promoting democracy, human rights, and governance, to be supported by the Africa Regional Democracy Fund (ARDF).

These grants will provide support for local and legislative elections in 2017 and promotion and protection of human rights.

This funding will support United States Government (USG) objectives to promote to support programs under the Democracy, Human Rights and Governance (DR) Foreign Assistance Program Objective in Chad.
