U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is inviting applications for “Combating Wildlife Trafficking Strategy and Partnerships Program” to provide financial assistance to projects that address the illegal trade and trafficking of priority species.

Priority Areas

Priority will be given to proposals focused on:

Ineligible Species: Species that are eligible for funding under the USFWS International Affairs Multinational Species Conservation Funds via the African Elephant, Asian Elephant, Rhinoceros and Tiger, Great Ape, and Marine Turtle Conservation Acts, will be considered ineligible for this Notice of Funding Opportunity.

Funding Information

The current total amount of funding available is expected to be $1-2 million USD; additional funding may become available later on in the fiscal year.
