U.S. Mission to Brazil: Seeking Applications for Afro Entrepreneurship Mentoring Program

The United States Department of State’s Embassy in Brasília, Brazil, is seeking applications from qualified U.S. Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Public International Organizations (PIOs), Educational Institutions and other qualified organizations for a Cooperative Agreement to implement the program entitled ‘Afro Entrepreneurship Mentoring to Advance Economic Prosperity’.

Through this program, they expect to connect Afro Brazilian and African American entrepreneurs and promote capacity building activities to address strategies on market development, technology, access to capital, job creation, and management. The program will enhance the capability of mentees to be competitive and achieve entrepreneurial success while exposing mentors to international markets and leadership development opportunities.
