U.S. Mission to Pakistan: Civil Service Leadership Training for the Future

The U.S. Consulate’s Public Affairs Section in Lahore is soliciting proposals for its Civil Service Leadership Training for the Future program. The implementer will be a legally recognized non-profit and nongovernmental organization that meets U.S. and Pakistani technical and legal requirements to develop and implement public diplomacy programs.

Through skill-building sessions with the Pakistan Civil Service Academy, faculty will understand and be able to provide evidenced-based, adult learner-centric instruction to benefit the skill set of Pakistani Civil Service Employees throughout their career.

Faculty will also develop and implement a complete American Studies Module focusing on the social, economic, and political trends in the U.S. and anchored along policy themes of mutual interest to CSA and the U.S. Mission to Pakistan such as development, Trafficking in Persons, Regional Integration, Investment, and Rule of Law.
