The Ukrainian Veterans Fund is now open for application to provide financing for businesses of veterans and their family members on a competitive basis.
The purpose of the competitive selection of projects is the analysis of application packages and the selection of the most attractive projects related to the provision of financial support to war veterans and their family members, family members of deceased (deceased) war veterans, family members of deceased (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine for the implementation of projects, which according to the results of the competition of the selection are determined by the winners and are aimed at the reintegration of veterans and their family members into active social life, ensuring the preservation and restoration of their physical and mental health, supporting the entrepreneurial activities of veterans and assisting in their employment.

Funding Information
Amount of project financing:
- The minimum requested amount for the project is UAH 500,000
- The maximum amount requested for the project is UAH 1,000,000
Eligibility Criteria
Applications for project financing can be submitted by:
- Veterans, family members of deceased (deceased) war veterans and family members of deceased (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine who are registered in accordance with the requirements of the law as natural persons-entrepreneurs;
- Legal entities registered no later than two years before receiving financial support, the founders of which are veterans, family members of fallen (deceased) war veterans and family members of fallen (deceased) defenders of Ukraine.
Ineligible
In respect of which a bankruptcy case has been initiated;
- Who have been declared bankrupt in accordance with the established procedure;
- Which are in the stage of termination?
- Who, on the 1st of the month in which the decision on making payments will be made, are overdue for taxes and mandatory payments for more than two months?
- Legal entities that did not conduct economic activity
- During the two previous years (except public associations);
- To which special economic or other restrictive measures (sanctions) have been applied;
- Who received financial support from the Fund during the current budget year;
- Whose activities are aimed at obtaining profit from gambling, production and sale of alcohol, tobacco products, weapons and
- In respect of which the facts of illegal receipt and/or misuse of budget funds were discovered;
- who are residents of the aggressor state or cooperate with legal entities and natural persons of such a state (citizens of the Russian Federation, except for those residing on the territory of Ukraine on legal grounds; legal entities created and registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation; legal entities created and registered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, the ultimate beneficial owner, member or participant (shareholder) having a share in the authorized capital of 10 percent or more, which is the Russian Federation, a citizen of the Russian Federation, in addition to residing in the territory of Ukraine on legal grounds, or a legal entity created and registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation);
- To which special economic or other restrictive measures (sanctions) have been applied;
- Who received financial support from the Fund during the current budget year;
- Whose activities are aimed at obtaining profit from gambling, production and sale of alcohol, tobacco products, weapons and ammunition, nuclear materials, as well as any other property that cannot be owned by citizens, public associations, international organizations and legal entities of other states on the territory of Ukraine.
