UNDP seeking Proposals for UN Women Program in Central African Republic

Rapid Response Call 2: Gender & COVID-19 (South Africa)

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has launched a call for proposals for the Selection of Partners for the UN Women Program in Central African Republic.

The proposed project aims to provide multidimensional support to the national fight against the COVID-19 pandemic under two aspects: the prevention of COVID-19 and the socio-economic support of the affected population.

For the implementation of this project, UN Women decided to recruit three NGOs, one per city to ensure the implementation of activities in the cities of Bangui, Bouar and Mbaiki.

The objective of this call for proposals is to establish a working partnership with an NGO specializing and having experience in the promotion of gender, the support and empowerment of women and girls, prevention and response to COVID-19 in the cities of Bangui, Bouar and Mbaiki.

Coverage Areas: Bangui – Mbaiki – Bouar – This call for proposals is a first Rape. Secondly, UN Women will conduct an assessment of the institutional, technical and financial capacities of the organization that will be preselected. This evaluation will make it possible to select an adequate partner who will cover the areas of Bangui, Bouar and Mbarki.
