UNDP South Sudan: Call for Proposals for Small Grants to Establish Victim Support Groups

UNDP South Sudan is seeking proposals from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) including NGOs and/or CBOs for its Small Grants to Establish Victim Support Groups.

The overall objective of the grant is to establish, support and coordinate a victims group at national/state level to provide victims with information on their rights and the channels available to them. This will contribute to a coordinated, holistic and victim-centred approach to support victims of conflict-related violence find justice; find (out what happened to) loved ones; treat physical injuries; recover from mental trauma; reconcile with perpetrators and other communities; and have access to livelihood opportunities and peer support networks.

Grant Size and Project Duration

One or more grants not exceeding USD 75,000 will be made to different organizations within an 8 month period per project location.

CSOs are encouraged to develop their own expected results based on their analysis of the needs and particularities of the context and problems. The expected results may include the following:
