Does your organization have a plan for making a difference in the health of the community? If so, Owensboro Health would like to hear from you.

The Owensboro Health Investments Grant Program provides financial assistance to designated nonprofit organizations, governmental or public entities who are working to address identified community health priorities based on their local community health needs assessments and/or community health improvement plans.

Community health investment grants are allocated to non-profit organizations for specific programs and services that address identified community health needs.

To qualify, activities must seek to provide measurable improvement in health status, access, or use of healthcare resources and must serve individuals in the Owensboro Health service area.

Grants are also awarded to non-profit organizations for specific programs and activities not directly related to healthcare but address root causes of health problems that impact the health of the community. All activities must serve individuals in the Owensboro Health service area.
