The Harry M., Miriam C. and William C. Horton Fund is seeking applications for its Grant Program.
Harry M. Horton’s wife Miriam established the Harry M., Miriam C. and William C. Horton Fund in 1948 to memorialize her husband and son William, and to benefit public, charitable, educational or religious purposes, societies or institutions which are organized under the laws of, or whose principal objects are carried out within the state of Rhode Island.
Requests for the following project/program areas are preferred: basic needs, food, shelter and healthcare.
Funding Information
- One-year grants are awarded and range between $3,000 and $10,000.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant organizations must serve the people of Rhode Island.
- On occasion general operating support is also considered.
